Laser, punching, and bending parts
We can manufacture practically every required contour or shape according to your drawings, sketches or samples.
Similarly, we can supply parts to DIN specifications, such as washers, spacer disks, construction and furniture fittings, metal parts, shaped parts, steel brackets, gusset plates, contact parts, flat springs, mounting brackets, lugs, calottes, wood connectors, all types of hinges, hinge plates, drainage gratings, vehicle and machine components.
Assembly and welding work are also included in our services, as well as the assembly of complete modules.

Laser cutting
Laser cutting has become established as an innovative metalworking method and is used wherever high-precision cutting with a constant high quality is required – also with high piece rates and complex geometries. In addition, round & rectangular pipes, U-profiles, L-profiles, double-T profiles or I-profiles can be processed.
Materials
Steel ≤25 mm
Stainless steel ≤40 mm
Aluminium ≤20 mm
Copper ≤6 mm
Brass ≤6 mm
Titanium ≤6 mm
Plastics ≤30 mm
Quantities
from 1 to 100 000 pieces

Punch nibbling
For series-produced parts with many openings/slots/bends/shapes/threads, punch nibbling is usually the optimum and most efficient production method.
Materials
Steel ≤8 mm
Stainless steel ≤8 mm
Aluminium ≤6 mm
Copper ≤4 mm
Brass ≤4 mm
Quantities
from 500 to 1 000 000 pieces

Bending/edging
We use powerful and modern edging presses to shape metal parts with lengths up to 4000 mm. It is also possible to roll-bend up to a diameter of 150 mm and a length of 2000 mm.
Materials
Steel ≤10 mm
Stainless steel ≤10 mm
Aluminium ≤10 mm
Copper ≤6 mm
Brass ≤6 mm
Quantities
from 1 to 10 000 pieces

Tooling-dependent punching
On hydraulic and eccentric presses as well as automatic punching machines with up to 3150 kN force, we produce tooling-dependent punched parts from strip and sheet steel from 0.05 mm thickness.
Materials
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, plastics, rubber, resin-bonded fabric, vulcanized fiber
Quantities
from 5000 to 10 000 000 pieces

Laser welding
In robot cells with up to six axes, we offer top-quality cutting, welding, remote laser scanner welding, and build-up welding work.
Sheet metal modules such as e.g. housings and profiles are welded precisely and reliably. This applies equally for one-off and series-produced parts.
Laser welding can also be used for flat, tubular, and spatial workpieces of stainless & construction steel up to 12 mm, non-ferrous metals up to 10 mm, and aluminium & cast materials as well as high-carbon steels up to 8 mm.

Laser marking
This method is ideally suited for fast and efficient marking.
Practically all materials can be laser marked or laser engraved.
Individual marking of your parts is possible in various types and methods.

Water jet cutting
Water jet cutting is an innovative and precise cutting method that is applied wherever conventional cutting methods, such as e.g. laser cutting, reach their limits. With water pressures up to 6000 bar, cutting of hardened materials up to a size of 3000 x 2000 mm presents no problems.
Materials
Steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, case-hardened & heat-treated steels, plastics
Quantities
from 10 to 100 000 pieces

Plasma cutting
With an electric arc, plasma cutting creates temperatures of 10 000 to 50 000 °C to melt the material (flame gouging). The advantage of plasma cutting as opposed to oxygen cutting is that it also permits non-ferrous metals as well as stainless steels to be cut. Also here, all contours and shapes can be produced. Materials up to a thickness of 200 mm and sizes up to 3000 x 12 000 mm can be cut.
Materials
Steel, stainless steel, cold forming and flooring plates, case-hardened & heat-treated steels
Quantities
from 10 to 100 000 pieces
