Injection-molded plastic parts and prototyping
All kinds of technical thermosetting plastics are processed to your requirements on our modern injection molding machines. Our supply possibilities range from standard plastic injection moldings, overmolding of metal parts (hybrid solutions made of plastic and metal) up to the production of articles with internal and external threads.
Prototyping
Is done by means of different procedures. Hereby, 3D printing and laser sintering are the first choices.

Injection-molded plastic parts
The production of injection-molded plastic parts is done using simple & combination molds and up to 48-cavity molds with clamping forces of 25…2300 tons.
Production of plastic parts with weights from 0.01 g up to 30 kg.
Materials
e.g. PA, PS, ABS, PC, TPE, SAN, POM, PE, PMMA, PP, ASA, and many others
Quantities
from 5000 to 50 000 000 pieces

2-component and rubber/metal parts
In addition to injection molding, we offer combinations of elastomer, silicone, and plastic.
Quantities
from 500 to 50 000 000 pieces

Elastomer moldings and injection-molded parts
Elastomer parts are produced using injection molding as well as compression molding. From microparts up to voluminous parts weighing from 0.015 g up to 35 kg.
Materials
e.g. NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, IR, FPM (Viton®), AME (Vamac®), HNBR, CSM, ACM, PU, FFKM (Viton Extreme®)
Quantities
from 500 to 50 000 000 pieces

Rapid prototyping, 3D printing
3D printing is the simplest method to produce functioning precision and design samples. Based on data from a drawing or 3D data, a three-dimensional workpiece is manufactured directly by printing layer on layer.
Materials
e.g. PA, PS, ABS, PC, TPE, SAN, POM, PE, PMMA, PP, ASA, and many others
Quantities
Prototypes and small series

Laser sintering
Originally, laser sintering was used to produce prototypes and models as an additional version of rapid prototyping. Today, we supply parts in small and medium series, for which the production of an injection mold would not be economical.
Materials
PA (also filled with glass, aluminium, carbon), PEEK, as well as tool steel, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium
Quantities
Small to medium series

- Elastomer seals
- O-rings, V-rings, quad rings

- Punched gaskets
Materials
e.g. PA, POM, PE, NR, NBR, CR, EPDM, IR, FPM, PU, FFKM, and many more
