Also possible are methods for processing tube ends, such as e.g. flaring, tapering, beading, reducing, crimping, finishing, upsetting, insertion of threaded elements, as well as special shaping to customer drawings. Our modern, fully or semi-automatic bending machines are able to process tubes with diameters of 2…220 mm. Some of the machines are CNC mandrel bending machines with radius changer, and 3-roll benders. Depending on tube diameter and material, bending radii of 1.0 x tube diameter are possible in the neutral fiber. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The technology for shaping tube ends is a cost-efficient alternative for tube end connections. Instead of attaching additional fittings by means of joining methods, the tube ends are provided with a customer-specific or standardized contour. Hereby, the tube retains its original stability.
